Group Events

Hope Lodge Meal

Teams from Midwest Staffing and KeyStaff Professionals were fortunate enough to come together to bring and prepare a meal for the patients staying at the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Minneapolis.  We loved the opportunity to connect with some of the patients and hear their courageous stories.  It was a heartwarming evening of sharing and team bonding! We were humbled by the experience and so grateful for organizations like the American Cancer Society who help bring hope to so many.

Employee Holiday Meal

We loved seeing the faces of our employees who received one of the holiday meals last year. It was one of the most rewarding ways to give back.  A handful of our most dedicated and hardworking employees were given a holiday meal to share with their family this season.  We chose to present them with gift cards this year so that they can choose their meals. Just another way Midwest Staffing and Keystaff Professionals can bring joy and spread holiday cheer.

2nd Harvest Heartland 2022

Our team had so much fun volunteering at 2nd Harvest Heartland last year, that we did it again!  A group of us got together and spent another evening packaging boxes of food.  We partnered with others in the community to prepare 757 boxes of food.  Each of these boxes contained nearly 30 meals for someone in our community.   This truly is one of our favorite ways to volunteer our time to help others.  https://www.2harvest.org/second-harvest-heartland-local-minnesota-wisconsin-food-bank

Toys For Tots 2022

We did it again! Midwest Staffing and KeyStaff Professionals participated in the 2022 “Toys for Tots Campaign”.  We decided to put a goal in place, to collect more than 500 toys this year.  Our 8 branch offices worked together, with some friendly competition, to gather as many toys as we could.  On the final collection day, we slid in with 579 toys, collected and ready to be dropped off at the local collection site.  Putting big smiles on children’s faces Christmas morning makes us so happy!!

Good In The Hood (Mary & Tricia)

Shoe Away Hunger Program Shoe Away Hunger offers affordable quality footwear for those in need.  In addition, it helps to raise the important dollars we need to continue feeding over 7,500 people each month through our Food Programs and services.  This amazing program offers a simple and meaningful way for you to join with us as we work together to eliminate local hunger “one sole at a time”. https://www.goodinthehood.org/our-programs/shoe-away-hunger/ During this really fun and rewarding event our volunteers sorted new and used shoes that are donated to this organization. My Very Own Bed

Midwest Staffing and Keystaff Professionals are honored to have volunteered and assisted My Very Own Bed – Providing new beds to kids in need! Our teams designed and assembled beautiful dream kits for each bed. Once completed, we helped deliver beds and the dream kits to children that were in need of beds in our local community. It was an incredible experience and very heartfelt. We especially loved seeing the kids light when they received a bed where they can enjoy sleep and personal space.
